Coblation Lingual Tonsillectomy
Traditional surgical methods to address lingual tonsil hypertrophy are difficult to perform and have been associated with significant postoperative pain and morbidity.1 Coblation Lingual Tonsillectomy allows the rapid removal of lymphatic tissue at the tongue base while providing excellent hemostasis, minimal tissue trauma, and reduced postoperative pain.2 The procedure can be performed with virtually any EVac or PROcise Plasma Wand.
